Quality Colt Foal - born 18th March 2008 Winwood - £6,000
A beautiful athletic dark brown colt. He is going to be tall and light framed, in fact a picture of his sire - see below. Winwood scored very well at the BEF Futurity gradings at the Heart of England. He scored a 8.5 for his confirmation, 9 for his paces and 8.75 for athleticism. The judges comments on his paces were that he had '3 good paces and good rhythm' 'moved easily, fluid and supple'. Sadly the photos from the day didn't particularly show any of Woody moving, so we shall have to stay with those taken a few months ago now. Overall he gained a First Premium with an average score of 8.09 We will be getting Woody out to the Hanoverian Championships at the end of September.
