Don Ricoss was licensed in 2004 where he scored 9.5 for
elasticity of paces and 10 for trot at his keuring in the UK. Dr Ludwig
Christmann remarked on the quality of his paces in the Hannoveraner magazine
(October / November 2004 edition).
His Grand Dam State Premium Erina,by Hanoverian Stallion of 1999, Eiger I,
produced the licensed dressage stallion Wallstreet Kid (by Warkant, USA) and his
full sister Windsor Queen, who is the dam of Advanced level licensed dressage
stallions Will Be (by Wittinger) and the Licensing and Bundeschampionat Champion
Londonderry (by Lauries Crusador xx). The latter is currently considered to be a
foundation sire.
Another Erina grandaughter Lawalda (Lauries Crusador xx/ Warnet) was sold at the
2006 Elite Verden Foal Auction for 65.000 Euros.
This dam line, is grounded in the Holsteiner Family 8116, also produced the
licensed stallion Amoural (Pb, Rhineland Pfalz-Saar) and Dante Alighieri (AUT).

San Remo is just like out of a
painting, with the movement sequence of a dancer, fascinating bloodlines – and
all in the coveted black color. A clear affinity for dressage based on pedigree
and performance record places him at the center of attention. An astounding
score of 151.03 with ten grades between 9.0 and 10.0 stand in his report card –
a 9.0 for trot, 10.0 for canter, 9.5 for walk and 9.5 for rideability. These
values reflect the scope and uniformity of this young stallion's extraordinary
quality.
His sire, Sandro Hit, is
Bundeschampion and World Champion and in the process of starting a new stallion
dynasty in breeding and sport. Exceptional horses such as the World and
Bundeschampion, Poetin, are witness to his quality as a sire. San Remo's dam's
sire, Donnerhall, is deemed a stallion of the century. The complete pedigree
forms a line that has produced highlights in sport that only a few have achieved
in Germany.
Current Grand Prix stars such as
Lesotho under Ellen Schulten-Baumer or the gold winning mare in Athens, Suerte,
under Hubertus Schmidt are examples. San Remo has that special aura of a
champion and an exceedingly gentle, people-oriented character.

De Niro is an extremely
popular sire in Germany due to his
outstanding movement, extremely high 'rideability'
and beautiful type. De Niro was Reserve
Champion of the 1996 Stallion
Performance Test in Adelheidsdorf
scoring 9s in all three gaits and was
awarded the highest scores for 'rideability'
(9,67).
At 7 years old De Niro was already
succeeding at Grand Prix level. In 2001
he was Champion dressage horse at the
German Championship for Professional
Riders. In 2002 he was the winner of the
international Grand Prix and Grand Prix
Special tests in Saumur and Berlin, and
in 2003 he was the winner of the German
Dressage Derby in Hamburg.
De Niro's sire,
Donnerhall, held the highest dressage
breeding value index of all stallions.
He was placed second amongst 70
stallions at his performance test and
went on to become DLG Champion in 1986.
Donnerhall won more than 65 FEI Level
and Grand Prix competitions and competed
successfully until he was retired. De
Niro's dam was a successful dressage
competitor producing an approved
stallion in Westfalia. His dam's sire,
Akzent II, is regarded as one of the
best sires for producing 'rideability'
in modern sport horse breeding, and has
produced many approved stallions and
expensive auction horses.
De Niro has already
produced more than 45 approved sons. In
addition to 2 vice-champion stallions,
De Niro also produced Dancier, the
champion stallion at the stallion
licensing in Verden. |

after stallion at the approvals
San Amour is fascinating the spectators
with his breath-taking trot. He is an
exceptionally dynamic mover with uphill
gaits and has lots of activity behind
whilst always allowing the movements to
swing through his entire body. He
fulfilled the high expectations during
his 70-day performance test, which he
finished with a superior dressage index.
Scoring 137.74 points he put himself top
of the dressage list and achieved
extraordinary 126.49 points overall. He
was twice awarded a 9.5 for his
excellent rideability! His pedigree is
remarkable – full of the most
influential sires. His dam Puppenfee, a
stunning mover, was reserve champion
mare and was granted “elite” status. She
is a full sister to the approved
stallion Pierrot Royal. San Amour
combines the traits of the champion
producer Sandro Hit with the proven
Oldenburg Arusa dam line. Her sire
Plaisir d’Amour has won many Grand Prix,
Grand Prix Special and Freestyle
competitions. Figaro is known as a
producer of tough and versatile
performance sport horses with top
rideability. His innumerable offspring,
such as Ludger Beerbaum’s Figaro’s Boy,
have combined earnings of € 940.000.
Kronprinz xx infuses the pedigree with
the coveted thoroughbred line in the
fourth generation.
He is a very elegant horse with
exceptional cadence in all three paces.

Fidertanz was the
absolute star at the 14th NRW main
approval in 2004. He left the scene with
standing ovations as the undisputed
Champion Stallion. Three exceptional
gaits, foresight and skill at the fence,
an easy going temperament and an
exterior that leaves nothing to be
desired left no doubt that he was the
justified winner. The sire, Fidermark,
was a performance test winner and
Bundeschampion, Optimum and Grand Prix
winner. The grandsire, Ravallo, also won
his performance test with an index of
155 (dressage 157.52 – 1st place,
jumping 127.7 – 5th place).
Frühlingstraum II is deemed one of the
pillars of Westphalian breeding and
through Romadour II, Fidermark is inbred
three times over the line founding
stallion, Ramzes x. The dam, granddam
and great granddam were all State
Premium mares and competed in final
rings. This dam line has produced
numerous licensed sons and many of their
off-spring are successful up to advanced
level in sport.
2005 Fidertanz finished his
30-day test in Neustadt/Dosse with the
highest scores of all and became Vice
Bundeschampion with a score of 9.5 from
the outside rider.
2006
Fidertanz won tests for
young dressage horses and the main
premium in Oldenburg.
2007 Fidertanz won a
qualification for the Bundeschampionat
with a score of 8.8.Fidertanz foals are
extremely popular and bring top prices
at all the auctions. |

Stedinger was the radiant
and unequivocal approval winner of the
2002 Oldenburg Stallion Days. He is a
large framed young stallion, with an
impressive overall appearance and is
highly elastic in every respect.
Stedinger is a charming, beautiful and
very correct stallion. He is one of the
best all around athletes, with gorgeous
movement and super jumping ability.
Stedinger's dam,
Verband Premium Mare Bold-Fantasy scored
an excellent mare performance test with
a free jumping score of 10.00, a guest
rider score of 9.0 and an overall score
of 8.67. She is a full-sister of the
approved Lamar H, who is himself a
successful dressage sports horse. The
maternal bloodline is directly linked to
all the greats of Oldenburg breeding
history through Landadel, Futuro and
Adonis xx.
His first foals, who
are all dark-coated, have caused
sensations and brought top prices: "S
info nie" was the champion filly at the
German Foal Championchip in Lienen, and
the most expensive filly in Verden. With
€ 26,000 "Starman" was one of the most
expensive youngsters in Vechta in 2004.
At the 2006 Oldenburg
Stallion Licensing in Vechta the
licensing committee selected a Stedinger
x Quattro B colt as Champion of the
Licensing, see Status Quo. The KWPN have
had some Stedinger sons in their 2008
grading |
