Schooling Liveries We are now taking dressage/flatwork/schooling and/or handling/ backing liveries on the following rates: Every horse will be seen as an individual and a package of work will be tailored to suit the age, fitness and training requirement of each horse. Schooling liveries also have the chance to have lessons on/with your horse, whilst they are stabled here. We feel it is important that you know exactly what we are doing and working on with your horse to enable you to be effective when you get home with them.

Who is behind our Schooling Livery. Lucy Nazer Lucy joined Fosshey Stables in December 2006. Although only 26 years of age, Lucy is a seasoned horsewoman. Lucy originally trained at Tallend Equestrian Centre in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, where she obtained her BHS qualifications - Stages I - IV and AI. After that she ran her own small yard, at home in Delamere, Cheshire. In 2006 she was offered the chance to work on a stud in Dorchester where natural covering and AI was practised. This involved handling many stallions, including Desert Moon. Whilst in Dorset, Lucy entered the British Dressage Talent Spotting Final and despite fierce competition achieved 2nd place. She has one horse of her own that she continues to bring on: Rolandro is a Dutch warmblood by Hemmingway, who she bought from Gareth Hughes, now competing at Advanced Medium, he was four years old when she bought him. She has trained him herself with the help of experienced international dressage trainer, Ulrik Molgaard. Rolandro qualifies for the Nationals year on year - in the winter champs held in April 2009 he came 3rd at Hartbury in the Advanced Medium class. He has just won through to Hartbury again in 2009, winning the Advanced Medium and coming second in the Advanced class, ahead of a strong field. Lucy currently trains with Conrad Schumacher and Ulrik Molgaard. Sandra Tinker Sandra is an experienced horsewoman,
having ridden since the age of 4 and is a fully qualified BHSAI (British Horse Society
Assistant Instructor). She has also passed Stage 1 of a Horse Whispering course (Monty
Roberts School) and hopes one day to take her Stage 2, this will allow her the ability to take on problem horses
and assist in their rehabilitation. Sandra has a number of her own horses, including the majority of the breeding mares and youngstock, breeding and producing high quality dressage foals and youngsters. A carefully selected foundation stock has been put together to give the Fosshey Stud a top end offering for the dressage/showing market. Sandra uses a mixture of traditional methods learned over her 35 years being involved with horses and her training at the Monty Roberts School in Oxfordshire, to help out people who are having problems with their horses or ponies.
