This year, as the last few years, we are setting our prices according to how our foal stock are graded.

 

As in previous years we are putting all foals through the BEF Futurity Scheme.

This is a national grading system under at least three judges plus a vet check, therefore the gradings carry weight as they are not just a showing ring competition, they are grading on the likelihood of the horse becoming an elite sports horse of the future. Therefore, as last year, we will price as follows for 2011:

Elite Premium Diploma (foal has to achieve overall a 9 average score - equiv. to 90+%) £7,500 - £8,000             

Higher First Premium Diploma (foal has to achieve between 8.5 and 8.99 average score) £6,500 - £7,000

First Premium Diploma (foal has to achieve between 8 and 8.5 average score) £6,000

Second Premium Diploma (foal scores between 7.5 and 7.99) £5,000

 

The gradings that we will be attending are Myerscough and Southview 2012.
